STREETWATCH allows riders to link to their own stores, shops, or e-commerce platforms in their profile bio and other designated areas. These external links are provided by individual riders and are not operated, controlled, or managed by STREETWATCH.

Third-Party Transactions

When you click on a link to an external store or make a purchase through a rider's linked shop, you are engaging in a transaction with that individual rider or third-party merchant, not with STREETWATCH. We are not a party to these transactions and do not process, fulfill, or handle any aspect of the sale.

No Responsibility for Shipping

STREETWATCH is not responsible for:

Shipping, handling, or delivery of any products purchased through rider-linked stores
Shipping costs, delays, or lost packages
Product quality, condition, or accuracy of descriptions
Returns, refunds, or exchanges for products purchased through external links
Customer service related to third-party transactions

All shipping and fulfillment matters must be addressed directly with the individual seller or merchant whose store you purchased from.

Riders who link to their own stores in their profiles are solely responsible for:

Collecting and remitting required taxes
Maintaining appropriate business licenses and permits

Riders may not use STREETWATCH to:

We reserve the right to remove links to stores that violate our terms of service or engage in prohibited activities.
